Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit & credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and wallets through Cashfree Payments and HDFC Bank SmartGateway. We do not accept cash on delivery at this time.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are completed on the secure page of the payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.

Money was deducted but my order failed. What now?

Do not worry. Failed or pending transactions are automatically refunded to the same account within 5-7 working days. You can also write to us with your order ID.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 2-4 working days and delivered in 4-8 working days across India.

What if the product is damaged?

Send us photos / unboxing video within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund. See the Refund Policy.
