Products & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. Handicraft products are handmade, so slight variations in colour, size and finish are natural. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Payments

Payments are accepted online via Cashfree and HDFC Bank SmartGateway (UPI, cards, net banking). Amounts are charged in INR.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Payment security & failed transactions

If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is refunded to the original payment method by the gateway within 5-7 working days.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events or events beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
