We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Typically 4-8 working days depending on location. Large items such as wooden swings and furniture may take longer.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat charge of ₹79 applies below that.

Shipping locations

We currently ship only within India to serviceable pin codes. International shipping is not available.

Order tracking

Tracking details are shared by email / phone after dispatch, and you can check status on our Track Order page.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, the courier will attempt again; repeated failure may result in return to origin and re-shipping charges.

Packaging

Ceramic and fragile items are packed in bubble wrap and sturdy cartons. Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for damage claims.
