Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by calling or emailing us. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Return / replacement

If the product arrives damaged, broken or different from what you ordered, inform us within 7 days of delivery with photos/unboxing video at govind5688kumar@gmail.com or +91 9220133404. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Non-returnable

Products damaged due to misuse, and minor natural variations in handmade items, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Failed payments where money was deducted are refunded automatically by the gateway/bank within 5-7 working days.

Refund timeline summary

Order cancelled before dispatch: refund within 5-7 working days. Damaged / wrong item approved after verification: refund or replacement within 7 working days of approval, and refund reaches your account in 5-7 working days (depending on your bank). Failed transaction with amount deducted: automatic refund in 5-7 working days.
